Responsible for assisting the Head of banquet waiters and management of its work under the assignment;

Preparation and inspection-related activities or banquet facilities and provide the best service to guests

Assisting the Banquet Head waiter in supervising a team of casual / waiters / waitress and assigning their workstation;

Preparing and checking function set-up;

Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures;

Reporting to the Banquet Service Manager,

F. 5 or more, a minimum of three years relevant work experience in hotel

Location: Ma Wan
