We are one of largest Sportswear chain stores in Hong Kong, to cope with our development of the food and beverage business, we are inviting dynamic & high caliber candidates to join our energetic team.

Executive Chef


Responsible for the daily kitchen operation, lead a team of kitchen staff to achieve good standard of food quality and preparation;

Carry out control planning which includes food cost, food quality, ordering and inventory management;

Follow product storage requirements, company’s recipes, waste control and sanitary procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency;

Ability to meet the local regulation requirements in health and safety as well as Brand standard and policies and procedures;

Provide leadership, training/coaching and team building for all kitchen personnel;

Work closely with the front of house staff to ensure a smooth restaurant operation;

To design and create food menu and prepare food recipes as per company policy;

Other job related tasks will be required upon request.


Degree holder in Hospitality / Culinary training is preferred;

Minimum 5 years related experience in Food & Beverage operations;

Excellent organization and time management skills;

Excellent communication skills;

Strong leadership skills with team building strength;

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sous Chef;

Immediately available will be high preferred.
